Union Bank Manager Kidnapped in Edo State

The community has been shocked by the untimely death of Mr. John Otobo, the Branch Manager of Union Bank in Igueben, Edo State. According to reports, Mr. Otobo was kidnapped while traveling home from work, and his life was brutally stolen even after his family is said to have paid a N8 million ransom. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unknown despite his lifeless body being found in the bush.

Odion Humphrey verified the sad news in a touching Facebook message, saying goodbye to Mr. Otobo on behalf of the Udo community. Humphrey offered sincere sympathies, underlining Mr. Otobo's enduring influence and promising that his memory will always be treasured. Invoking a sincere longing for justice, he hoped that the perpetrators of this horrible deed would never find serenity in their lives.

While the community laments the passing of a prestigious individual, prayers are said for Mr. Otobo's ultimate peace and comfort for his bereaved family.
